Japanese castle explorer

Daniel writes in to say that his Kyushu castle website, which I posted about some time ago, has been replaced by a new site called Japanese Castle Explorer. There’s a nice interactive feature for all the castles covered, so take a look and see what you think.
I’d love to have a similar feature for festivals, but that costs money. If you’ve figured out an inexpensive way to do it, Dan, let me know!

Mr. Daniel O’Grady,
For your reference here as the mail to you was rejected.
There are some opinions but the 3 greatest castles are supposed as follows with each great feature.
Osaka castle at scale, Himeji castle at beauty and Kumamoto castle at engineering works technology.
Though Nagoya castle is famous because of the population and Edo castle is huge as the domain.
The remarkable feature of Kumamoto castle is the stone wall called ‘Musha-gaeshi’.
The wall is shaping curve from slope near ground to upright at top to prevent Ninja invasion.
Besides, the room to have planed to invite the son of Toyotomi Hideyoshi was rebuilt this year.
Some call Kumamoto castle as crow castle by the color compared to white heron castle of Himeji.
