		<description>Talking of neat designs for getting drunk, at one historical Japanese house museum the guide showed us a sake bottle that was designed so that it stayed more or less upright and didn&#039;t spill even when knocked. 

And talking of Koreans and ceramics, the role of Korean potters and celadon and Toyotomi Hideyoshi taking lots back to Japan is also very interesting.</description>

Do you know Sake means Shochuh in Kagoshima unlike rice wine in other areas?
Kagoshima is well-known with sweet potato Shochu but Miyazaki with buckwheat Shochu, Kumamoto with rice Shochu, Oita with wheat Shochu and Hakata with sesame Shochu.</description>
