Well, duh. 
But seriously, this idea that Japan&#039;s economy hasn&#039;t recovered until things &quot;return to the Bubble days&quot; of spending etc is not healthy. The bubble was not healthy. Flash, glam, expensive and heady perhaps, but then so is getting drunk on Pol Roger or Krug.</description>
